Question 1

What do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Plastic (bottles, containers and mixed plastics), paper and cardboard (newspaper, office paper, cartons and packaging), metal scrap (iron, steel, aluminium, copper and brass) and e-waste (old electronics, batteries, cables and chargers).

Question 2

Do you take e-waste and batteries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Electronics, batteries, cables and chargers are handled separately so they are disposed of safely. Please keep loose batteries apart from other scrap rather than mixing them in.

Question 3

Is there a minimum quantity?

Accepted Answer

Small household amounts are welcome — there is no minimum. For shops, offices and industries we handle bulk loads and quote those separately.

Question 4

What can't you collect?

Accepted Answer

Hazardous items such as paint, solvents, medical waste, gas cylinders and asbestos are not accepted. If you're unsure about something, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you.

Question 5

How do I book a pickup?

Accepted Answer

Call or WhatsApp us with the type of material, an approximate quantity and your location. We confirm a collection slot and let you know when our team will arrive.

Question 6

How soon can you collect?

Accepted Answer

Most pickups are arranged within 24 to 48 hours of your message. Larger commercial loads may need a day or two longer so we can send the right vehicle.

Question 7

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We collect locally and in the surrounding area. Share your address or pin on WhatsApp and we'll confirm whether we can reach you.

Question 8

Do you charge for pickup?

Accepted Answer

Pickup is free for most household loads. For large commercial jobs we quote the cost along with the rate for the material.

Question 9

What happens on collection day?

Accepted Answer

Our team weighs the material in front of you, settles the amount on the spot, and takes the scrap away for sorting and processing.

Question 10

How should I prepare plastics?

Accepted Answer

Empty and rinse bottles and containers, then squeeze the air out so more fits in one bag. Loose caps and labels can stay on.

Question 11

How should I prepare paper and cardboard?

Accepted Answer

Keep it dry and clean, flatten cartons and boxes, and pull out tape, plastic windows and staples where you can. Keep paper separate from cardboard if you have both.

Question 12

How should I prepare metal scrap?

Accepted Answer

Give it a quick rinse if it's dirty and let it dry. Sorting by metal type helps us weigh and price it faster, and leave heavier items somewhere easy to reach.

Question 13

How should I prepare e-waste?

Accepted Answer

Delete personal data from phones, laptops and hard drives first. Remove batteries where you can, pack items in a box so screens don't crack, and tie cables together separately.

Question 14

Do I need to sort everything myself?

Accepted Answer

A basic separation — plastics, paper, metal, e-waste — is a big help. Keep food and wet waste out of your recyclables so nothing gets contaminated. If you can't sort, tell us and we'll handle it on our side.
